Last Date of Receipt of Application: 24/06/2017

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

Eligible candidates will be called for interview by a Board

The Medical Officers Selection Board will prepare a merit list on the basis of aggregate marks awarded to each candidates during the interview.

Before sending application, the candidates must ensure following

(a) Application is completely filled and duly signed.
(b) Self attested two recent passport size photographs, one should be pasted on the application form at the space provided and the other on Admit Card copy (Appendix-III)
(c) Self attested copy of Matriculation/School Leaving Certificate in support of Age/Date of Birth is attached.
(d) Self attested copy of certificates in support of MBBS /BDS or equivalent qualification and other specialized qualifications, issued by the recognized University are attached.
