Educational Qualification
Soldier (General Duty)
Candidate should have passed 10th with at least 45% marks.
The aggregate should be 33% marks in each subject.
Soldier Technical, Soldier Technical (Aviation / Amn Examiner)
10 + 2 / Intermediate Examination (Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English) in any stream with a total of 50% marks and a minimum of 40% marks in each subject.
Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper / Inventory Management
Must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in any stream of Science, Arts, Commerce. Each subject should have a minimum of 50% marks.
Soldier Tdn 10th pass
Must pass tenth with at least 33% marks.
Soldier Tdn 8th Pass
Must pass eighth with at least 33% marks.
Age limit –
Soldier (General Duty)
The age of the candidate should be between 17 and 21 years
Soldier Technical, Soldier Technical (Aviation / Amn Examiner) / Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper / Inventory Management
The age of the candidate should be between 17 and 23 years.

Candidates have to complete the (Group 1) 1.6 Km run in 5 minutes 30 seconds as well as the candidates have to do 10 pull-ups.
